practitioner course, we focus on modelling the client

FOUNDATION SKILLS
an introduction to modalities, sub-modalities, eye accessing cues, perception,
rapport, and outcome framing – critical tools for modelling, training, and
application

LANGUAGE PATTERNS
using maps from transformational grammar we consider deletion, distortion,
and generalisation; and three language models - Meta, Milton and Metaphor

STRATEGY
non-verbal and verbal elicitation, utilisation, coding and design

STATES
re-patterning outside of conscious awareness – New Code; Classic Code
anchoring and reframing formats; and an introduction to neuro-bodywork:
electrical circuit cleaning at organ and bone levels (inspired by Tibetan pulsing
bodywork)

Terms and Conditions
All participants must abide by the Zetetic terms and conditions laid out below:
The terms and conditions laid out below form the basis of the contract between Zetetic and yourself.
Please read them carefully as a contract is a legally binding agreement.
1. Definitions “Seller” is Zetetic, provider of goods and or services. “Buyer” is the person who agrees
to buy goods from the seller. “Price” is the value of the course excluding Vat at the standard rate if
applicable (not applicable). Course materials, certification, and refreshments are included in the price.
Food, accommodation, and participants’ travel costs are excluded.
2. Applicable Conditions
2.1 The following terms and conditions are applicable to all sales made through our website, telephone,
and mail; and are the only contractual terms that Zetetic is prepared to sell under to the exclusion of any
terms or conditions attempted to be introduced by the buyer.
2.2 Payment of goods shall be deemed as accepting all terms and conditions.
2.3 Orders will only be binding after the official order confirmation has been issued.
3. Ordering
3.1 All prices quoted are excluding food, accommodation and participants’ travel.
3.2 The price that will be invoiced is the price current at the date of order.
3.3 Zetetic reserves the right to refuse any order and where applicable refund any monies paid.
4. Payment
4.1 Zetetic will not certify participants until full course payment has been made.
4.2 Payment method can be by any of the available options by contacting us.
4.3 Payment shall be in Sterling as specified.
5. Liability
5.1 The Sellers total liability within this contract is to the value paid for the course purchased.
5.2 For sales to businesses the seller shall not be liable for any consequential loss or damage
whatsoever either caused directly or indirectly.
5.3 The buyer takes responsibility for being in a good state of mental and physical health, and able to
participate fully in this programme. The objective of the training course is learning and not ongoing
personal therapy.
6. Applicable Law
6.1 The terms and conditions of this contract shall be subject to English Law and the Northern Ireland
courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.
6.2 If any part of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court the
rest is unaffected.
7. Product Description and Illustrations
7.1 Product descriptions are for information purposes only and the buyer must satisfy themselves
through the supplier’s information that the specifications detailed meet their requirements.
7.2 It may be necessary to vary the content, timing, trainers, dates or venue for reasons beyond the
control of Zetetic.
8. Certification
Certification is given only for 125 face-to-face training hours and meeting published required standards.
9. Standards
Any candidate not reaching the required standard will be allowed to attend other training days or be
advised how to meet that standard.
10. Behaviour
Zetetic reserves the right to cancel any participant's practical training without notice, in the event of
abusive, aggressive or discriminatory behaviour towards any member of Zetetic staff, participants, or
visitors. No refund of course fees will be given. The list is not an exhaustive one, but includes: foul and
abusive language, racist, sexist or homophobic remarks, failure to participate in practical sessions,
behaviour that results in the class being disrupted, or teaching being interrupted.
11. Course Cancellations
