Played main role in establishing Mother Warehouse in Delhi.

Handling team of 30 staff members at warehouse including 2 accountants, 4 w/h supervisors 25
workers.

Handled warehousing activity of 20000 Sq.ft warehouse.

Managed app. 600 vehicles (weight400-500 Ton/month) (loading/ Unloading) excluding PTL
consignments.

Introduced and opened six new CFA’s against the closed one without hampering single day

Cargo movements by train was introduced by me, their by converting the AIR load to train and
reducing the cost to the tune of 70%.
