Dear Potential Cyclone Supporter:
At Pueblo West High School we have some amazing student-athletes who have
accomplished some great things with limited resources. As the new Athletic Director,
my main goal is to try to the best of my ability to raise funds to help keep our programs
going strong and to try and improve our facilities. We would love for your company to
consider becoming a Cyclone Booster!
As a small business owner myself, I understand that not all companies have the ability
to give money to a local school without getting something in return. Because of this, I
have come up with many different options and levels that I believe will give you some
really great exposure in our community and schools. Your company’s name will be in
front of thousands of people each sports season not only in our school, but throughout
Pueblo West. I will work to make sure that all of our fans know who our boosters are
and let them know that they should try and support these businesses whenever possible.
All the money that is brought in through this campaign will stay at Pueblo West High
School. It will be used to improve our facilities and help our athletic programs. One of
my main goals is to cut out the middle man on some of our projects. For example, in
the past, our sport schedule posters have been done by an outside company that sells
the ads and sends us a portion of the proceeds. This year, I am going to do this myself
and cut out that company. This will again assure that the money stays in the school
and does not go to another outside company.
There are 4 different options available: Platinum level, Gold level, Silver level, and
individual project sponsorship. The following pages explain each level and what
benefits your company would receive by deciding to become a Cyclone Supporter. We

PLATINUM LEVEL SPONSOR: $3,000

hanging in our gym for the 2012-2013 school year. ($1,200 value)
A 12 month rotating advertisement on our new cycloneathletics.org website. ($500 value) This
busy website will be used by all our sports teams, coaches, athletes, parents, and fans. It contains
all our schedules, rosters, pictures, etc.. Check it out!
An advertisement on all our seasonal sport posters that are hung in businesses throughout Pueblo
West each season($600 value).
Your business’ name will run on our school marquee for one week every month of the school year.
A full page ad. in our football program ($400 value)
Business name will be in every program for every sporting event throughout the year where we
hand them out. Also, at some point during the game our announcer will announce our platinum
level sponsors.
We will have a dedication night where we honor our sponsors at halftime of one our big football
games. You will receive a plaque to hang in your business.
2 family passes that will get 2 adults and up to 3 kids into every home sporting event throughout
the year. ($500 value)
$5 concession stand credit at every home game.
You will have the opportunity to be the honorary coin flipper before a home football game.
Acknowledgement at our ‘all sports banquet’ with free admission.
A free hole sponsor at one of our golf tournaments (football or basketball)
