Insurance Certification: Each exhibitor is required to provide a certificate of liability of insurance
naming the UC Regents as an additional insured. Minimum limits of coverage are $1,000,000 per
occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate.

Included with the exhibitor registration and sponsor fee: Admission for up to two representatives to all
technical lectures and functions. Conference shirt and materials. One standard 6’x30” table. A table skirt
and chair will be provided for each table. Power will be available at all tables, as well as wireless internet
connection.
