Use the tables below to calculate how many point you have gained from 1 February
2012 to 31 January 2013 and submit your claim as soon as possible (by 31 March at the
latest) to Gillian Burgoin, Ragstone, Colsterworth Road, Skillington, Grantham,
Lincolnshire, NG33 5HF.
For Agility Awards please submit to Janet Hudson, La Casa, Sea Lane, North Cotes,
Grimsby, Lincolnshire, DN36 5UZ
These trophies are not automatically awarded, you have to make a claim. You have
nothing to lose! It does not matter if you have a few or a lot of points, please submit your
claim anyway and you may be surprised.
