The surgery website is the most effective way of giving our patients access to help, and
the latest information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It contains complete
information about all the services we offer. It also details how the practice is organised,
and introduces our doctors, other medical and administrative staff and describes their

About our practice
The partnership has been in existence for over 30 years providing medical services to the
local community. Starting out from a small surgery at Canterbury Road, there have been
many changes over the years.
The doctors, nurses and staff of the Davyhulme Medical Centre are committed to
providing the highest standards of care, and welcome you as a patient.

**ADVANCE NOTICE**
The planned switch to a different computer system which was due to happen on
21st July has now been postponed.
This means you can continue to use the current VOS online service for booking
appointments and ordering repeat medication until further notice.

Repeat Prescription Ordering is Changing….
Do you have a Vision Online Services (VOS) account? If so, did you know that you can now
order your repeat prescriptions online using your Vision Online Services (VOS) account?
Simply log in, choose the prescriptions tab and your usual repeat medication will be
conveniently listed for you to tick and order. It is an altogether more secure and efficient
method for ordering your repeat medication.
In addition, a VOS account enables you to book appointments online.
If you do not have a VOS account please call in to the surgery and pick up a form, or you
can download the form from here.
So don’t delay, sign up for a VOS account today and enjoy the benefits of easier repeat
prescription ordering and online appointment booking.
