Preparations
Complete the following preparations prior to introducing the activity to students:

This activity focuses on the attached PowerPoint Presentation. The session activities below follow the
sequence of the slides. Review the Grade 11 College Planning Process PowerPoint presentation and
practice your delivery.

Make copies of Power Point Presentation (print as Handouts 3 or 6 to a page) to distribute to students
and their parents.

Obtain handouts from College Planning Center of RI (Get most recent edition and make copies).

Secure large room.

Send mailing to parents to inform them of meeting dates.

Secure computer, projector, screen.

Obtain refreshments for attendees (if possible).
