Is a well-rounded, assertive and achievement-oriented leader JOB SUMMARY The Bilingual bookkeeper is an entry level professional that works within Newlink Group to support the finance department performing duties that include, but are not limited to, booking vendor, inter-company invoices and credit card receipts, issues Purchase Orders for vendors and inter-company purchases, keeps records of financial transactions and other administrative functions such as bank reconciliations, income statements and balance sheet for the company. Creates invoices to both client and inter-company booking each in the respective accounting system, maintains ledgers and pay bills. RESPONSIBILITIES Generates Purchase Orders for internal and external vendors. Process vendor and inter-company invoices. Process credit card receipts. Time sheet management and reporting Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions to Business Units accounts in computer files from documents such as sales tips, invoices, receipts, check stubs, and computer printouts. Compiles reports and shows statistics such as cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable. Files documentation according to company policy and established processes. Handles routine accounting and finance activities and assist with ad hoc projects. Associate of Arts - Preferred EXPERIENCE A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Accounts Payable, Financial Record Keeping, or related field.
