Application for accreditation (initial or renewal) About this form You need to complete this form if you are a course owner and you wish to apply to the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA), as the national VET regulator, to accredit a course. This form can be used to apply for the initial accreditation of a course OR to renew the accreditation of a course. You will need to be aware that ASQA accredits and regulates accredited courses under the National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act 2011 (Cwlth), and it is also a delegate for the Training and Employment Recognition Council (Queensland) with respect to the accreditation of courses under the Vocational Education, Training and Employment Act 2000 (Qld).
