This conference covers quantum transport in low-dimensional systems, integer and
fractional quantum Hall effects, manipulation of nuclear spins in semiconductor
quantum systems, highly-sensitive nuclear-magnetic-resonance (NMR) measurements
of semiconductor quantum systems [1], electron-spin/nuclear-spin interactions [2], and
nanoprobe characterization and local nuclear resonance. Authors are invited to submit
abstract in the above mentioned, but not limited to, topic areas.
This conference is supported by ERATO Nuclear Spin Electronics Project, JST, and Graduate Program in
Spintronics, Tohoku University.
