Evidence requirements 1.1 The potential hazards of glass container analytical testing are identified, and precautions are taken in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range 1.2 Glass container samples and equipment are prepared for analytical testing in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range 1.3 analytical tests include but are not limited to – capacity, container dimensions, thermal shock, impact, vertical load. Analytical test results are recorded and reported in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range 1.5 analytical tests include but are not limited to – capacity, container dimensions, thermal shock, impact, vertical load. Glass container samples are tested in accordance with enterprise procedures. Evidence requirements 2.1 Re-sorting of quarantined production is performed in accordance with enterprise procedures. Range 2.2 automatic sorting, manual sorting. Auditing and re-sorting documentation is completed in accordance with enterprise procedures. Evidence requirements 3.1 Product master specification including historical information is selected according to job change and issued to production line staff in accordance with enterprise procedures. 3.2 Product specification requirements are interpreted and measurement equipment selected, calibrated, and set up in accordance with enterprise procedures. 3.3 Production line documentation is completed in accordance with enterprise procedures.
