Great Lakes Truck Driving School Columbia Station concerns over the distribution of WIA funds and
acknowledged the funding already received but concerned with funds being re-directed to other field
such as green jobs, health care and information technology. Submitted a proposal on February 4
stating “place more demands on providers of training to work with the One-Stop to ensure the best
results for this customers, both for the individuals and the employers” They welcome feedback on the
feasibility of this proposal and look forward to hearing about other new policies the WIB has in mind
to help the local economy
