Flying in: The closest airport is Baltimore-Washington Thurgood Marshall Airport. The show hall is
approximately 25 miles from the airport.
Hours: Check-in will be from 9:00-9:30 Saturday with judging beginning at 10:00 AM. Sunday check in will also
begin at 9:30AM with judging beginning at 10:00 AM. Exhibitors will be marked absent if not checked in on time.
Exhibitors must be present to claim all final awards unless prior permission has been received from the show
manager. Published hours for spectators are 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturday, and 10:00AM to 4:00 PM Sunday.
Rules: This show will be run strictly according to the show rules of the American Cat Fanciers Association, Inc. It
is the responsibility of each exhibitor to know the show rules. A copy of the show rules is available from ACFA
Central Office, PO Box 1949, Nixa MO 65174-1949, 417-725-1530 or on the web at www.acfacats.com. This show
will be scored for ACFA Inter-American and Regional awards. Ribbons/Rosettes will be awarded in all rings.
ALL OPEN CATS ARE REQUIRED TO TRANSFER TO CHAMPIONSHIP BY THE END OF SHOW ON
SATURDAY! NO EXCEPTIONS, ACCORDING TO ACFA, INC. RULES.
Important: It is recommended that all entries be fully immunized against feline enteritis, rhinotracheitis and calici
viruses. Maryland state law requires all cats to be immunized against rabies. Any entry from a household where
there has been a contagious illness within 21 days of the opening day of the show will be prohibited. A veterinarian
will be on call 24 hours. If the show committee deems it necessary to call a veterinarian, the exhibitor will be
responsible for all charges. Please trim claws before judging.
** All cats in the show hall must be free of fleas, ear mites, and fungus and show no sign of contagious disease,
illness or neglect.
Sales Cages: Available for exhibitors only. Kittens entered in the show or for sale must be at least 4 months old, be
able to show proof of age and be owned by the exhibitor. No cats or kittens may be benched or sold from carriers
under the benching area or from the parking area. No non-pedigree cat or kitten may be sold or given away at the
show except by 501c3 rescue groups/shelters.
Novice Exhibitors: Please bring your cat in a secure carrier. Bring your own litter pans, food & water dishes and
coverings for the top, bottom, back and sides of your benching cage. A single cage comes with each entry and
measures approximately 22x22x22, extra space is available – see summary form. Litter will be provided.
Clerks: Ring clerks are needed! Clerks will be paid $50.00 for both days plus lunch. Do not deduct from fees,
clerks will be chosen based upon experience. Please indicate on the summary sheet if you will be available to clerk.
** This show is for the display and competition of cats. With respect to the enjoyment of our exhibitors, judges,
clerks, vendors and spectators, and the health and welfare of our cats, we retain the right to refuse any entry. Well
behaved children are always welcome and encouraged to participate.
There will be many full service vendors at this show. In addition, there will be vendors of all kinds of pet related

All persons who attend the World of Cats Cat Show at the World of Pets Expo, and who bring their pet(s) do so at
their own risk and agree to abide by the rules for safety established by Premier Events, Inc. (PE) and Hidden Paw

any cause deemed not in the best interest of the Expo, and/or to have any person or animal removed from the show
site for any cause deemed not in the best interest of the Expo. Pet owners understand and agree that they will abide
