movie well before the due date.)
**Twelve Angry Men (1957, Dir. Sidney Lumet, 97 min.) [JL]
**Quiz Show (1994; Dir. Robert Redford, 133 min.) [JL]
**The Joy Luck Club (1993, Dir. Wayne Wang, 139 min.) [JL]
**Grand Canyon (1991, Dir. Lawrence Kasdan, 134 min.)
**Cool Hand Luke (1967, Dir. Stuart Rosenberg, 126 min.) [JL]

**Hairspray (1988, Dir. John Waters, 92 min.)
**To Kill a Mockingbird (1962, Dir. Robert Mulligan) [JL]

deindividuation, dehumanization, conformity, realistic conflict theory, blatant racism, modern racism,
expectation-related perceptual and/or memory biases, methods of persuasion/social influence, obedience to
authority, leadership qualities, situational triggers of aggression, etc.). (Hint: You may want to watch the movie
once, if you haven’t seen it before, and then watch it a second time to find specific examples, etc.) Then,
