This internet site is the official site of the Registered Association "Achuzat Sara
Children's Home" RA. – Association number 580128791. The site enables the
Association to receive donations. Any use of the internet site, including donating,
constitutes an agreement to act in accordance with the Regulations.
1. The "Achuzat Sara" Association enables you to donate money to benefit
the Association via the internet site, in an easy, comfortable and quick
way.
2. In cases when donation is given through a credit card, the card will be
verified at the credit company first, and the site visitor will receive
immediate response regarding the state of the transaction, whether it
was approved or rejected.
3. The site is protected in accordance with all the standards, and the
clearing company of the site corresponds to the PCI standard.
4. The donor will be permitted to address the Association with a request to
change the conditions of the transaction, and to nullify it. It is possible to
nullify the transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act
of 1981, and its accepted amends, within 14 days from the day when a
donation was given via telephone or the internet site. To change the
conditions or nullify the transaction dial 052-4239565. The Association
will perform the necessary change in accordance with the policy
accepted at the time by the credit company. In cases where the credit
company will charge the Association a commission for the transaction,
the person upon whose request the transaction was executed will be
charged with the commission.
5. The Association keeps the donors' information private, and does not
preserve the credit card information of the users.
6. In cases where the transaction was not approved by the credit company,
you will be informed of it. In order to complete the transaction, you
must contact the Association on the telephone: 052-4239565.
7. The association will take no responsibility for illegal action performed by
users on this site, or for any other factor, which is not in its full control.
8. The donations are recognized for tax purposes in accordance with article
46 of the Tax Authority Regulations in Israel.
9. For every donation received by the Association, the donor will receive a
receipt with a validation recognized for tax purposes in accordance with
article 46 of the Tax Authority Regulations in Israel.
10. The Association holds an approval from the Tax Authority as required by
law and a valid certificate of proper management by the Associations
Registrar.
11. The user declares that he is qualified to perform legally binding actions
and is over 18 years of age.
12. The Association maintains the right to prevent a prospective donor from
using the site in the following cases:

In cases where he has performed an illegal action or has
transgressed a law.
o The prospective donor has violated a rule from the Regulations.
o If during registration, or later on, on the telephone, he has
provided wrong information intentionally.
o The prospective donor has performed an action/omitted an
action which could potentially harm the Association or someone
acting on its behalf, or correct functioning of this site, or a third
party.
13. With the above-mentioned consequences in mind, the transgressor is
expected to face criminal and civil legal proceedings, as well.
14. The interpretation of these Regulations and the enforcement of laws or
any act and / or dispute arising from it, will be made according to the
laws of the State of Israel and clarified if necessary, by the competent
courts.
