Rize soothes nerves, and ease anxiety/tense nerves.
Rize helps you fall asleep.
Rize relieves excessively tense nerves before surgery.

- If you ever had any unusual or allergic reaction to any medicines.
BEFORE USING
THIS MEDICINE
- Patients with glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, heart/liver/kidney disease,
history of the treatment of strokes and head injury, unable to breath
smoothly due to asthma or any lung diseases.
- If you are using any other prescription or nonprescription (OTC) medicine.
・Pregnancy/Breast-feeding
Make sure your doctor knows if you are already pregnant or are breast
-feeding.
・Remove the medicine from the package prior to use.

WHILE USING
THIS MEDICINE
・Follow your doctor’s instructions. Take this medicine with a glass of water or
lukewarm water.
・If you are ordered to use this medicine on regular schedule and you missed a
dose, apply as soon as possible. If it is almost time for the next dose, skip the
missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule.
・DO NOT take a double dose to make up for the missed dose.
・If you took too much Rize, check with your doctor immediately.
・Elderly Person：
Follow your doctor's instructions.
・Do not increase or reduce your medication without the instructions of your
doctor.
This medicine may cause drowsiness, lack of attentiveness, concentration or
ability of reflexive motion. Avoid driving a car or operate machinery. Avoid
drinking alcohol with this medication.

・A medicine may cause some unwanted effects.
Stop taking your medicine and check with your doctor immediately if any
of the following side effects occur：
- If you feel that the effect of the medicine have changed, experience
convulsion, shaky hands, loss of sleep, anxiety, hallucination after
lessening/stopping your medication.

- Yellowing of the skin or the whites of the eyes, fatigability.
・Other side effects not listed above may also occur in some patients. If you
notice any other effects, check with your doctor：
Sleepiness, dizziness, wobbly/falling down when walking, vision disorder,
headache, shaky hands, numbness of limbs, unable to articulate properly,
ear ringing, dizziness on standing up, fast pulse. Nausea, loss of appetite,
gastric pain, constipation, thirst. Rash, itching. Dullness, weakness, muscle
pain, joint pain, swelling.
・Check with your doctor/pharmacist if anything is bothersome to you.
