Documents relating to King's College lands in the manor of Great Bricett,
Suffolk, and to lands attached to the priory. Includes GBR/1 - /574.
The manor of Great Bricett along with the priory of St Leonard at Bricett was
part of the original endowment granted to the College at its Foundation by
Henry VI in 1444. The lands were eventually sold by the College in 1921.

GBR/368] of Bricet Priory were removed by a builder from
Horstead House, Norfolk, and were found among rubble in a
pit at St Faith's, near Norwich, by a schoolmaster and children
of the Secondary Modern School, Helesden, Norwich, in 1948.
They were passed to the Norfolk Record Society, examined by
Miss L.J. Redstone, County Archivist of Suffolk, and finally
handed over to the College Muniment Room by the Norfolk
