We have a full time opportunity for a SLP/CFY in the surrounding Muncie area. The
position will entail traveling from one facility to another, and generally will be two
buildings a day. Mileage and travel time are compensated for driving from one facility to
the other. These facilities are the Miller’s Merry Manors located in Hartford City,
Dunkirk, Middletown and Chesterfield. The primary focus is on Hartford City and
Dunkirk.

home to the other side of the spectrum being those clients who have been in rehab for twelve
weeks and need therapy to ensure their transition back home is successful.
Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal/written communication and teaching skills as well as
feel comfortable with electronic documentation. Candidates with previous home care,
outpatient, acute rehab or skilled nursing facility experience preferred but not required.
