We pray for:
the Norfolk Street Partnership;
YMCA Night Stop;
Revd Andy White and his work in the Middle East,
St. George’s Church, Baghdad;
the Gunning family and the work of SIM in Namibia;
Pastor Raj & the Bangalore churches & Pastor Sam
& the Bethesda Orphanage, Coonoor, India;
the persecuted church in Eritrea;
the ongoing refugee crisis;
those affected by terrorist attacks around the world;
Mundesley Baptist Church,
Churches in the Deanery of Ingworth,
Denton United Reformed Church
& Norwich, Mile Cross Methodist Church.
We pray for the residents of The Swale, Tippett Close
and Dodderman Way. We remember in prayer all those
known to us who are in pain, weary or sick,
and those who are grieving, especially at this time
for the families and friends of both
Vivienne Cooper and Maureen Gedge.
Finally, we pray that each of us in our daily lives and
work places will bring the light of Christ to those we meet.

people are always available.

Church Christmas Cards
If you wish to send one Christmas card to the Church instead of
individual cards and donate money to our Christmas collection
(the Princess Basma Centre in Jerusalem for children with disabilities
and The Nook Children’s Hospice (EACH) being built in Poringland),
envelopes can be found on the bookcase next to the foyer door.
Cards can be stapled to the P.A. Box (stapler on bookcase).
Looking at Prayer Links for 2016
If you would like to carry on with your present links or would like a
change and pray for or be prayed for by someone else,
please speak to Mark or Sally as soon as possible.
Dementia Friend Sessions
Lois is planning to run free sessions over the coming weeks in
preparation for Bowthorpe becoming a Dementia Friendly Community.
The sessions take 1 hour. Please speak to her if you are interested.
Young and Silver Time (A Community Café for All)
Come and be part of the hospitality of our community with a three
course meal and an opportunity to chat with a community member.
Usually runs on 1st & 3rd Fridays each month at Clover Hill Village Hall
from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. For more details, contact Godwin
