Emre Veral is Deputy Chair and Professor of Operations Management at Baruch College, Zicklin School
of Business. At Zicklin, he supports the Honors MBA and Baruch-Mt. Sinai Health Care Executive MBA
programs as well as the undergraduate Operations Management curriculum
His teaching and consulting portfolio includes Supply Chain Management, Process Design, Forecasting,
and other management applications that involve quantitative management techniques. He also has been
serving the International Center for Corporate Accountability in the capacity of Senior Research Fellow
and field consultant, engaged in designing and monitoring corporate codes conduct for multination
corporations’ overseas operations.
Professor Veral has been involved with the Stevens community in various capacities since 1991.
Currently, he is the leader for the SDOE program’s Decision and Risk Analysis SYS660 course, engaged
in delivering the module on-campus as well as at various corporate sites.
