1. The introduction of function
Meter
PY500/PY500-H/PY500s intelligence and ability number pressure temperature meter is
the new product of the development of my company. It has much advanced technology in
the world ,such as the technology in electron,singlechip,computer,erasure,anti-jamming
and so on .Accordingly the meter has the strong point of high precision of measure and
control,as well as has the well fuction of anti-jamming.The whole machine has
96*96*100(PY500)/48*96*100(PY500-H)/96*48*100(PY500S) Dos Shell.So it is small in
bulk,light in height and with much electricity,completed function and reliable task .The use
of it is flexible and easy.It can be widely used not only in situation of pressure display and
antocontrol in hydraulic pressure,oil,plastics,latex,printing and dyeing,textile industry but
also can be compound with resistance strain guage press sensor of other manufactor.If it
is used with the PT100- series high temperature melt press sensor or PT200-series
mormal temperature press sersor.As high precision pressure of measure and control,it
can be set upper limit and lower limit alarm.It has the indicator light on alarm,relay touch
output control peripheral equipment,high prelision of tension output module,electric
current output module and relay output control modult for user to choose from.The
machine adopt the operation of humanistic,so it is easy for user to operate.

One(Three).The explain of module function
PY500/PY500-H intellgence and ability number pressure temperature meter has two
sockets
of function module.It can be achieved different function and different type of output by
setup different module.There are some modules can be choosed from:reply output
module,electric current module (4-20mA/0-10mA),tension output module (0-5V/0-10V)
and communication module (RS485).
Alarm 1(AL-1):select three output module
1. reply module output
When pressure over the set (alarm number+dispersion number),the reply will be close
(cut).When pressure hangs down the set (alarm number-persion number),the reply
will cut (close).To achieve this function,you should setup alarm module on socket reply
output modult and set alarm number and dispersion number on meter.(The operation
in detail please read PY500/PY500-H operation process).
Reply module often cut or often close can select short circuit on

When there is short circuit between AB,it is close output.

Refer to set number:
1).when the range is 50.00MP
the AL-1number is 35.00MP,AL-1 dispersion is 0.2MP and the pressure over
35.20MP,then the reply will close (cut).The reply will cut (close)if the pressure hangs
down 34.80MP.
2).when the range is 15.00MP
the AL-1number is 10.00MP,AL-1 dispersion is 0.2MP and the pressure over
10.20MP,then the reply will close (cut).The reply will cut (close)if the pressure hangs
down 9.8MP.
3).set temperature alarm output 20.0’c,dispersion 0.2’c
2. electric current module output
According to pressure straight line output electric current (4-20mA/0-10mA),when the
pressure value is smaller or tants amount to 0,the electric current output is the set og
DL.If the pressure more than or be equal to the full rult,the electric current output is the
set of DH.The set of DL,DH,please read PY500/PY500-H operation process. When
the deviation between the reality electric current output and the number of set ,they
are indentical by adjusting the electric potential equipment on the electric current
module.(having adjused before leaving the factory)
3. tension module output
According to pressure straight line output tension (0-5V,0-10V).The module of tension
has 0-5V side and 0-10V side. The principle of it is that when electric current module
set 0-20mA output,put a 250Ωor 500Ωresistant on the end of output.When the
deviation between reality tension and set number,they can be dentical by adjusting the
electric protential equipment on the tension module(having adjusted before leaving
the factory).
0- 5V output:
choose 0-5V tension module, the selection of AL-1 is “I”, the number of DL is 0mA,
the number of DH is 20.00mA. Put a 250Ωresistance on the end of output, changing
the electric current signal from 0-20mA to 0-5V.
0- 10V output:
choose 0-10V tension module, the selection of AL-1 is “I”, the number of DL is 0mA,
the number of DH is 20.00mA. Put a 500Ωresistance on the end of output, changing
the electric current signal from 0-20mA to 0-10V.
Alarm 2 (AL-2): you can choose four output module.
1. reply module output is same to AL-1.

3. tension module output is same to AL-1.
4.communication module output:pass the data of parameter and hits by meeting
485 withequipment.
Alarm 3 (AL-3) is same to amarm 1.
Alarm 4 (AL-4) :rely module output
*When you haven’t set up the releeant AL-1 or AL-2 to “J” of reply and set the
alarm “0000” of relevant AL-1 or AL-2.
(four)The set of input signal statoscope
PY 500/PY500-H Pressure meter has 2、3.3mV/V two selection of statoscope. It can
be achieved by asiding the short circuit of main engine.Order for explain.

The number of AB short circuit statoscope is 2mV/V.

The explain of front board
1)
When the press over the alarm number of upper limit, the OUT alarm light will
be bright. When the press over the alarm number of AL-1, the AL-1 alarm
light will be bright. When the press over the alarm number of AL-2, the AL-2
alarm light will be light.
2) When you press the CAE key of sersor for cheeking, proofread and correct,
the lamp of instruct will be bright.
3) The window of PV displays the reality of work pressure
4) The window of SV displays the reality of set parameter
5) When the sensor is empty, the number of display is not 0. If you press the AC
key, the indicator will be 0.(It is effective under the state of set ,when the
signal of sensor 0 over the full signal rult +20%、-10%,the key is to no avail)
6) When you press the key of CAE,you can see the numberof sensor full rult
about 80%。
7) When you press the key of SET,you can be in set state。The key of SET can
be devided into long key(press 3 second)and short key(touch one time)

outputting, there is no this window. When the reply is
“J”, there is this window. This window is used to set the
first line alarm number of AL-1.It can be modified when
you press the key of >∧∨.When the number is “0”of
no reply output module, the AL-1 Street of meter
cannot alarm.
When the output type of AL-2 is “I” electric current
outputting, there is no this window. When the reply is
“J”, there is this window. This window is used to set the
second line alarm number of AL-2.It can be modified
when you press the key of >∧∨.When the number is
“0”of no reply output module, the AL-2 Street of meter
cannot alarm.

In the showing of PV/SV, it can be into AC menu after
pressing the key of SET more than 3 second. The
meter is “0” and set into the next menu, if you press
the key of AC.
This window is used to set modify range. Please press
the key of >∧ ∨ .When you modify the range, the
number is stored and come into the next menu when
you press the key of SET after modifying the range. You
can also press the key of SET for 3 second and it back
to main state. The number can’ be set 0

window displays “LOAD”. After being loaded to
capacity of sensor, please press the key of >. The
demarcate will come into the next menu after
finishing the work.

SIX。Stick up for meter
Meters can work in the condition of 0-55℃ and the relative humidity is not more
than 80% RH without dirt or poison gas. The meters can be free repaired for 12 months
from leaving our company. If there is something wrong with the use of customer or the
time is beyond the maintenance, out company will call for some money for providing the
service of repair.
