Principal Violist of LA Opera Orchestra, has been Principal Violist of Joffrey & American Theatre ballets. He toured Russia with a string quartet and performed throughout US. Michael F. Klimesh & Steven Klimesh are well known historians who have researched many aspects of the Spillville community & Czech immigration history. They have traveled frequently to their ancestral homeland of the Czech Republic and have organized many Spillville area concerts. ♪ Guest violinist Tricia Park, First Violinist of the Maia Quartet, Faculty Quartet-inResidence at University of Iowa has performed in recital at Kennedy Center & with orchestras throughout the US, Canada, Europe & South Africa. ♪ The Luther College String Trio is composed of violinist Jubal Fulks, violist Spencer Martin, and cellist Eric Kutz. Jubal Fulks has performed as chamber & orchestral musician in Carnegie Hall & Lincoln Center, as recitalist in numerous summer festivals in US & Europe & been heard on NPR’s Performance Today. Spencer Martin has been a guest with the Pro Arte String Quartet & Amelia Trio, performed & taught at music festivals in the US, Canada, Israel & Europe. Eric Kutz is active with Murasaki Duo, touring Scandinavia in 2005, has performed in Carnegie Hall, is a member of Chicago’s Grant Park Symphony and former Principal Cellist of Houston Grand Opera Orchestra. ♫ Guest Organist Gregory Peterson, Luther Assistant Professor of Music and college organist has given recitals at Trinity Church, Boston & Riverside Church where he made his 2002 NYC debut. He has performed in many venues across Europe and the Midwest.
