closed from North Avenue to Charles Street, north and south bound

B/S 1300 block of Cathedral Street, closed from Preston Street to Mt. Royal

B/S 100 block of West Preston Street, closed between Cathedral and Howard Street

B/S 100 block of West Oliver Street, closed between Maryland Avenue and Mt. Royal

spot-a-pot installation

B/S 1400 block of North Charles Street from Mt. Royal Avenue to Lafayette Street closed

N/S Unit block of East Mt. Royal Avenue, closed from Charles Street to St. Paul Street

S/S Unit block of East Mt. Royal Avenue remains open for detoured traffic making a right
off Charles Street. Fencing, barricades and cones will be needed in the intersection of
Charles Street and Mt. Royal Avenue, in addition to the median in East Mt. Royal Avenue.

B/S 1300 block North Charles Street bag all meters

B/S Unit blocks West Lanvale Street, closed from Maryland Avenue to Charles Street

SPECIAL: PENN DRIVE TRAFFIC CHUTE
Once Charles Street closes, a traffic chute will be created, using cones and barricades, when the
festival is not open to vendors setting up/breaking down, or the public. This will allow vehicles
from Penn Drive to access the I-83 Ramp although they will not be allowed to turn right
onto Charles Street.
The chute will be open:
 Thursday, July 16 at 12am through Friday, July 17 at 8am
 Friday, July 17 at 11pm through Saturday, July 18 at 10:30am
 Saturday, July 18 at 11pm through Sunday, July 19 at 10:30am
Friday, July 17 at 9am through Monday, July 20 at 6am

B/S 1300-1800 blocks of Maryland Avenue, closed from North Avenue to Preston Street
(including Maryland Avenue ramp off I-83). Please post “Local Traffic Only” at North
Avenue (local traffic can not proceed past Lafayatte)

Intersection of Mt. Royal Avenue and Maryland Avenue – closed until Monday at 6am

B/S Angle parking on Maryland Avenue bridge - from Lanvale Street to Oliver Street –
Please post “Angle Parking Only” on the Maryland Avenue Bridge (only Artscape parking
permits OK)

S/S Unit Blk E. Lafayette St (curb lane) Road Closed Local Traffic Only for W/B
Lafayette St. at St. Paul St.

Change Unit Blk. And 100 Blk W. Lafayette St. 2-way for vehicles to get in and
out of city yards and Potts and Callahan

B/S 100 block of West Preston Street closed, from Maryland Avenue to Cathedral Street.

Angle parking on Biddle Street behind the Meyerhoff for festival exhibitors and
performers (only Artscape parking permit OK)

2-way traffic on 1200 block of Biddle Street behind the Meyerhoff for Symphony Center;
garage access only

Curb lane closures on B/S 100 block West Lanvale and 100 block West Lafayette streets,
between Rutter Street and Mt. Royal Avenue – angle parking for street performers
(only Artscape parking permits OK)
Please note: vehicle access for 1311 Cathedral Street for garage patrons all hours of the
festival. Please post “Garage Access only” signs. The garage will be open to festivalgoers, exhibitors, etc.

Greek Church traffic directed off I-83 South to St. Paul; right on Preston; wrong way on
Maryland Ave. into church parking lot
