USE and STORAGE OF GREEN STUFF®
C A U T I O N S : Only trained personnel should clean spills involving chemicals
when mishandling liquid hazardous material happen, otherwise, material or
health damages can occur with illness or death consequences.
Before absorbing unidentified liquid spilled substances you should consult with
an expert chemical technician. This product is only an absorbent DOES NOT
neutralizes extreme pH of the liquids absorbed; neither reduces the toxicity of
waste. For information regarding the chemical content and hazards, please
refer to the MSDS of the material to absorb issued by the producer (your
supplier).
Do not use this GREEN STUFF® absorbent foam to absorb:
Organic peroxides, since they are chemically & physically unstable, and react
strongly with plastics yielding hazardous fumes.
Sodium hypochlorite solutions above 7.0 % concentrate diluted in water,
otherwise, they would react chemically with the GREEN STUFF® producing
toxic fumes and destruction of the plastic absorbent foam.
Cyanide gold-shell solutions, usually used for making cheap jewelry, otherwise
it would react chemically with the plastic foam yielding highly toxic fumes.
In all cases of spills, you must read first our Chemical Compatibility Guide (CCG)
for GREEN STUFF® in order to check the maximum tolerance of this plastic
absorbent to dilutions of the chemicals reported as a percent of substance in
water. Do no use vacuum devices when absorbing flammable substances, such
like solvents, most of fuels, alcohols and other flammable substances, read first
the MSDS of the substance in order to check first if it is flammable, and only
then decide the way to clean-up the waste generated when absorbents were

If the liquid substance spilled does not appear in our GREEN STUFF® CCG, do
not use it for the clean-up, talk with your supplier for technical support.
IMPORTANT ADVISE TO BUYER
The producer and the retailer will not be responsible in anyway of the proper
way of usage, handling and disposal of the GREEN STUFF® absorbent, before
using it, when using it or after using it, and/or of responsibilities resulting in
physical damage, death, or environmental damage, neither give explicit or
implicit guarantee, but if the product does not works as absorbent which is its
only function and purpose, then the only responsibility of the PRODUCER, and
its exclusive remedy, will be the physical replacement of the defective product
in identical amount and with no charges for the BUYER or USER; this
replacement does not applies in case of misuse or mishandling of the
absorbent.
