Furniture Vendor must coordinate schedule with HSA Project Manager during business
hours (Mon to Fri between 8am to 5pm).
All work shall be of prevailing wage rates for the San Francisco Bay Area.
Furniture Vendor shall store and stage product for delivery in accordance with the project
schedules.
No freight elevator available for all building except 1650 Mission. Regular staff elevator
available on all four buildings.
No parking lot available for all four sites. Trucks must park on street or double park.
