Does the Current Performance Level include a description of the student’s current educational and/or functional performance, including grade or functioning level as appropriate, that is sufficient to determine the goals and services required for the student to receive FAPE? 6. Is the Current Performance Level individualized? 7. In determining the CPL did you consider multiple information sources that exceed just a label or test score? 8. Are the student’s strengths evident in the CPL? 9. Is the statement written in objective, descriptive terms? 10.
