School Requirements:

You must attend Shiloh High School

Miss Freshman Pageant entrants must be in the 9th Grade

Miss Shiloh Scholarship Pageant entrants must be in 10th, 11th or 12th Grades
 Miss Sophomore Princess will be a 10th Grader

Miss Junior Princess will be an 11th Grader

Miss Senior Princess will be a 12th Grader

Must fulfill State of Georgia Academic Requirements for extracurricular participation

(academically eligible, on track to graduation, pass 3 out of 4 classes).
Other Requirements/Informational:

Contestant must attend all REHEARSALS

Parent/guardian MAY NOT attend practices or rehearsals

Parent/guardian MAY NOT be backstage at anytime during pageant

Must return THIS form, completed with student and parent signatures

Minimum entry fee (can be sponsored) - $50.00

Eight (4) copies of Pageant Bio Sheet: ****Must be typed***** Must include counselor’s approval and GPA (please have signed before making copies!). Bio can be used to type on your computer at Shiloh Touchdown website: www.shilohfootball.com

Photos (head shot) will be taken the first of January. We are arranging for a photographer and their may be a small charge for this. These photos will be used for determining “Miss Photogenic”.
