RE: “DWA Teasers” Terms of Use
One of the best ways to capture the true essence of the partnership between Royal Caribbean
and DreamWorks is to see it. Royal Caribbean is offering to travel agencies three :15 teasers titled
“DWA Alex on Treadmill Teaser”, “DWA PO Teaser”, and “DWA Penguins Teaser”,(collectively, the
“DWA Teasers”) for you post on your company’s website and email to your clients. The Teasers are
strictly limited to Internet use, which must be in accordance with the terms of use herein (”Terms of
Use”).
The DWA Teasers are unique and entertaining spots filmed onboard a Royal Caribbean Oasis class
ship. These spots feature different and notable characters from two of DreamWorks’ animated
films, “Madagascar” and “Kung Fu Panda.” The DWA Teasers are engaging spots that show
DreamWorks characters onboard Royal Caribbean ships interacting with guests. The DreamWorks
characters and their fellow guests enjoy some of the many amenities a Royal Caribbean Oasis
class ship has to offer in the way of onboard activities, fitness, and relaxation.
Please be aware that the DWA Teasers are NOT taggable or editable and must be used in their
original format. Usage rights are limited to the Internet and email distribution..
To take advantage of this opportunity, Royal Caribbean International requires that you agree to
these Terms of Use. DWA Teasers may only be used for business purposes, in accordance with the
terms and conditions herein.

ALL RIGHTS GRANTED IN THESE TERMS OF USE WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THE DWA TEASERS
EXPIRE ON JUNE 6TH, 2012.

You may either post the DWA Teasers on your company’s website and/or email the DWA
Teasers. For example, you may stream the Teasers on your business or third party website or
distribute the Teasers via email to clients and friends provided you do so in compliance with all
applicable laws and regulations including but not limited to the CAN SPAM Act.

You may not edit, alter, modify or manipulate the images contained in the DWA Teasers in any
manner.

You may not provide the DWA Teasers to any other company or person.

You may use the DWA Teasers solely in connection with specifically advertising or promoting
Royal Caribbean International cruise services and products. You may not use the DWA Teasers
to advertise any other cruise line’s services or products or cruising or travel in general.

If you copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute the DWA Teasers via the
Internet, you do so on your own initiative, and we are not responsible for your actions. For
example, you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and
all costs, fees, and payments of any kind associated with the dissemination of the DWA Teasers
as permitted hereunder.

You are prohibited from creating or distributing any defamatory, libelous, obscene,
pornographic, profane, threatening, or unlawful material or any material associated with or
containing the DWA Teasers that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be
considered a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law.

You may not state or imply that Royal Caribbean has sponsored, endorsed or is affiliated with
your company, internet site or any third party, without obtaining the prior written permission of
Royal Caribbean.

Royal Caribbean may add, change, discontinue, remove, or suspend any aspect of the DWA
Teasers, including features of products or services described or depicted in the DWA Teasers,
temporarily or permanently, or the terms of this Agreement at any time, without notice and
without liability.

You hereby release, discharge and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Royal Caribbean and
its agencies from and against any liability or damages (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) for
any claims in law or equity resulting from the reproduction or use of the Teasers.

Royal Caribbean may, in its sole discretion, terminate your right to use the DWA Teasers at any
time for any reason without notice. Royal Caribbean may take action against you for any use of
the DWA Teasers that does not conform to these requirements or that may infringe any right
held by Royal Caribbean, and may actively seek the recovery of any costs it may incur to
prevent any such misuse or damages. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to contact you at any
time to verify the proper use of the DWA Teasers.

The DWA Teasers may have been produced under the provisions of the applicable SCREEN
ACTORS GUILD contract and use is governed by that agreement, if applicable.

Royal Caribbean International owns or controls all rights in and to the DWA Teasers. You agree
not to take any action to challenge Royal Caribbean’s ownership rights therein and will
indemnify and hold harmless Royal Caribbean International and its agency, J. Walter Thompson
U.S.A., Inc, and their respective parent companies, affiliates and their respective officers,
director and employees against any claims or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees)
resulting from or in connection with a breach of these Terms of Use.

Upon agreement of these Terms of Use, you shall have the right and license to distribute the DWA
Teasers as set forth herein. Any other type of use that is not expressly stated in these Terms of Use is
not included and thus not permitted. Royal Caribbean International reserves all rights not expressly
granted herein.
IF YOU USE THE TEASERS AFTER JUNE 6TH, 2012, YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THIRD
PARTY COSTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, RESIDUALS, FINES, FEES OR OTHER PAYMENTS DUE TO
YOUR UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THESE DWA TEASERS. Royal Caribbean International shall not be liable
if you use the DWA Teasers after JUNE 6th, 2012.
