Also two times this basketball club was in the semi finals of the Championship Cup. I was selected in the Junior Basketball team of the Republic of Serbia. After completing my career in the “OKK BEOGRAD” I played one season as professional player in Belgium in basketball club “STRONBEK”. WORKING EXPERIENCE Like professional coach I worked from 1975. I always based my work on philosophy of creating the players and the clubs which will have a good game and good results for years. In my career I had been coach to some very famous ex Yugoslav basketball players: Sunara, Zizic, Radovic, Bodiroga. All these players were for a long time in the Yugoslav National Team. PEDAGOGICAL WORK My knowledge and experience I transmitted for years to my younger colleagues and to students trough the lectures, clinics and writing works - HANDBOOK FOR COACHES, KSS 1998 - COLLECTION OF COACHES WORKS, vol.I – vol. From 1996-2000 I was the head chief of Basketball Training Center where are selected and prepared all the categories of young players for different international competitions. A great number of medals continuously confirm proper work and strategy of Federation. Since 2004 I’ve been working in coaching staff OKK Beograd.
