I stayed here the week of August 10-17. The weather
was gorgeous and the location was perfect; right on
the beach, close to everything but not crowded! The
condo was very nice and the view was amazing. I can't
wait to come back again!

We enjoyed our stay at Aqua Villa 204. We have stayed
a few times in this building because of the location
and the value. It is a great location without the bumper
to bumper traffic and crowded beaches. We love the
beach view with the views of the dolphins.

We stayed here August 10th through the 17th. The
weather was amazing and it was such a relaxing,
enjoyable stay! We loved the condo and there was a
great view straight out to the ocean. The easy beach
access was one of the best parts! The food around
here was amazing, especially Louisiana Lagniappe (well
worth the splurge!). We will definitely be coming back
to stay at this condo!

We stayed at AV204 in August 2012. This unit is RIGHT on the beach. I have never
stayed anywhere closer than Aqua Villa! The pool is large and uncrowded and was
always clean and working. There were beach chairs to rent, but we brought our own. The
beach was not crowded at all even with the rentals. The unit itself was in good shape.
There were a couple of issues which Rick took care of immediately, but nothing serious.
The kitchen had everything needed to cook right on site-a wonderful money saver. I
would stay at AV204 again anytime! Do not hesitate to book this unit.

Our family has stayed in Aqua Villa 105 and 204. Both rooms were very clean and cozy.
We absolutely love staying here. The people in this bldg. are all so nice, and it's
convenient to get to. We enjoy the dolphins every morning while drinking our coffee and
the beautiful sunset late in the evening. The pool is always clean. We wouldn't stay
anywhere else. Thanks Rick !

We stayed in AV 204 and had a very nice
trip. The view of the ocean and pool
are very beautiful. We even saw
dolphins several times during our trip.
We enjoyed the use of the beach chairs
and umbrella. The other guests in Aqua
Villa were very polite and nice. I
would recommend staying here and plan on
staying here again. Thanks Rick it was

We stayed in AV 204 for a week and it was fantastic, the view was one of the best we've
had when staying on the beach, Okaloosa Island was very quite and family friendly, the
unit was very clean and we enjoyed our stay, and would love to come again, also our dog
Heidi was able to accompany us on our vacation it's always nice to have a clean condo
that allows your family pet to come along. The only negative things I can think of were
the beach chairs & umbrella were in pretty bad shape but other than that we had a great
week. Thanks and hope to see you again soon.

Brought the whole family. This was a very relaxing vacation. It was great being able to
walk out to the pool or beach and coming back to the condo to eat, drink, etc. The condo
had all of the kitchen ware that was needed to make meals. Loved that there are two
bathrooms. The unit was clean.

It was GREAT! Our condo was neat and clean-exactly what was advertised. The best was
having morning tea looking out at the ocean. Our bedrooms were comfy, the baths very
clean. Would recommend this to all.

This is our 3rd or 4th stay in AV 205 and we love it. It's clean, pretty and the location is

Enjoyed our stay in #205. The view is great. Place is done in a beach mode, cause that's
where you are. You could throw a stone and come close to the water. If we were to go to
this area again, I would rent this unit again.

I have always dreamed of annual vacations at the beach: Thanks to Aqua Villa, that
dream is now a reality! This condo is one of the smaller ones on the island, so one truly
feels like they are part of a little summer vacation community. The location and view is
unobstructed and spectacular! While sitting at the table, one is able to simultaneously
look out the expansive picture window, watch the kiddo's in the large, sparkling clean
pool and be enveloped by the soothing sights and sounds of the surf...wonderful :)
The full-sized kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for 2 families, and every gadget was
anticipated and provided ... better than home! For grocery needs, there is Publix and Walmart in Ft. Walton and in Destin...easy...and for more immediate needs such as ice, etc. a
Tom Thumb is located directly behind Aqua Villa. Conveniently, the Tom Thumb also
has a nice selection of "Okaloosa Island" souvenirs--for those who like to discriminate
between it and Destin (like me...a confirmed Okaloosa snob;)
I have stayed in other, large condo's on Okaloosa, but this one has a secret asset-the
owner, Rick. He listens to guest's needs and actively demonstrates his commitment to
guest satisfaction.You never feel like you are just a room number here. We look forward
staying here and working with Rick for many years to come!!

Our stay at Aqua Villa #204 was great. Let us start by saying that the location of the
room and building, and the view from the beach-front windows were all VERY nice! The
way the room is centered in the building gives it a wonderfully unobstructed view of the
beach, dolphins and all! The way it overlooked the pool was very handy for keeping an
eye on the kids in the pool while still being able to gaze out at the surf at the same time.
Perfect! We enjoyed the well-constructed BBQ pits for several of our meals, the more
than occasional dip in the clean and clear pool, and the raised deck above the pool-house
for early morning coffee and late evening drinks. One other thing to make note of is
Jessie, the grounds-keeper. She is very friendly and very helpful when it comes to local
'stuff'. We enjoyed talking to her on several occasions. And, she does an excellent job
tending to the grounds around the building. All of these things combined to make for a
wonderful week on Okaloosa Island. We are looking forward to booking this condo from
Rick Powers at Sky Ventures for many years to come. He is very attentive to the guests'
needs. See you again in 2009!

Enjoyed the stay, plenty of room for the 9 people we had going. Pool was enjoyable and
the beach was excellent. Understand from "Nate" that this condo hopefully is having a
few minor renovations done after the season. Will definately stay again in the years to
come. Make sure you get up by 7:30 am so you can watch the dolphins.....

AV204 will get a new look in the fall of 2008, to include 15" designer ceramic floor tile
throughout the living areas.
