Objective: Display understanding of the story elements and identify problem and
solutions within the story.
Directions: Select 1 of the following activities to complete. Make sure to get the
appropriate rubric to explain what is required for each activity.
Book Report
#1
Develop a book jacket that can be used for
Stone Fox. On the back side include a
summary of the story focusing on the story
elements and at least 2 problems/solutions
that occurred in the story. Illustrate a scene
from the story as the cover of your book.
Diorama
#2
Create a diorama to display the story
elements of Stone Fox. After creating
your diorama, identify the story elements
by completing the sheet that is given to
you. You will also include one
problem/solution that occurred in the story.
