any further steps that should be taken in research, public policy dialogues, and
curriculum development on the issues covered.
 How does global administrative law affect decisional outcomes at the level of
global decisionmaking? Domestic decisionmaking? Who benefits?
 Does the concept of global administrative law provide a useful construct for
understanding and researching issue of global governance and the influence and
impact of global procedural and institutional norms on domestic administrative
decision making? What research and dialogues should now be pursued?
