NLSD122 Foundation "Principal For A Day" Fundraiser
12 winners are announced to act as their school's principal for the day from the
NLSD122 Foundation’s raffle
New Lenox, IL, November 13, 2014: The New Lenox School District 122 Foundation is pleased to announce the
winning students who were selected recently to be their school’s principal in the “Principal for a Day”
Fundraiser. The winners are as follows:

The Principal for a Day Fundraiser raised approximately $3,400 which will be contributed to the 2015/2016
Teacher Grant Program. Grant awards of approximately $18,000 for the 2014/2015 school year funded the
purchase of a TAPit Learning Center for Cherry Hill school, as well as funding for the Digital Teaching Manual
pilot program and Discovery Education Techbook pilot program.
The next grant awards are expected to be announced at the end of the 2015 school year. Additional donations
may be sent to the Foundation at P.O. Box 1192, New Lenox, IL, 60451.
