Vendor Application Queen Creek Peach & Art Festival May 18th, 18th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 2013 This is a unique event to be a vendor because the festival is geared around the farm’s crop of peaches. Vendors who attend the festival are selected because of what you sell and represent. There will not be numerous vendors selling the same thing, we try and limit so each person can have a great show. If you are interested, cost to vendors is only $20.00 per night for full hookups and $15.00 for dry. Cost for Arts and Craft Vendors. $125.00 per weekend for all craft vendors. You must email or mail a photo of your booth if you have not shown at the farm before.. Payments must be made prior to setting up Cost for Food Vendors. 20% of gross sales. Money will be collected at the end of each day. Must be calculated showing sales “z” out or totals. On Friday the 18th,all vehicles MUST be removed from park area by 7am. Please call show coordinator or EMAIL to give her an estimated time of arrival. There will be NO late set-ups. If you are late or miss a day, you lose your booth fee. Vendors must arrive at farm and have their booths open no later than 8am Vehicles MUST be out of area by 7:00a.m. You may walk to your boothat any time. All vendors will remain at farm through show closing or until event coordinator allows you to leave. Show ends at 4:00p.m. each day. 1 5. 6. 7. 8. No vehicles allowed on farm during show hours Vendors must show proof of insurance one month prior to show There will be on-site 24 hour security, but please secure your booths. Vendors are responsible for own licenses required by state. Sales tax in Queen Creek is 10.25% (includes state sales tax) if you are selling pickled product or food, sales tax is 3% (Queen Creek sales tax) 9. Animals are allowed on the farm, but must remain at booth on leash. I have farm animals and dogs and they will be running with me on the farm. 10. The show will go on rain or shine. No refunds. 11. Please bring a tent, displays, tables, chairs., your booths will be on the beautiful grass park and will be 10X 10 with a 3’ space in between each vendor. So you may have 3 sides to sell your product. Have fun and sell, sell, sell.
