This agreement is between Leslie Pool of Amazon Bengals (hereinafter referred to as Seller) and _ (hereinafter referred to as Buyer). Effective as of the date of signatures below and is binding upon all parties thereof. Buyer and Seller agree to the below-described cat/kitten and all the following terms.

Health Guarantee:
1) Seller guarantees that the above adult/kitten is of sound health upon arrival to Buyer. If this cat/kitten is found to have an untreatable or life-threatening disease that is felt to have been contracted at the seller’s home (documentation required by a licensed Veterinarian and in the case of
HCM, by an expert in the field of feline cardiology), Seller will replace this cat/kitten with another of equal or greater value at the Sellers first opportunity after proof of spay/neuter is provided by buyer’s
Veterinarian along with the notes from the cardiologist. Buyer understands that at no time will there be a monetary refund of any of the purchase price. All veterinary fees are the responsibility of the buyer. There are no guarantees against FIP. Contract may be null and void should other animals in the home not be up to date on vaccinations that may cause cat/kitten to become ill.
2) This Bengal cat/kitten is guaranteed against all hereditary defects up to the age of one year. If this cat/kitten is being purchased as a breeding cat, should a hereditary defect appear within the first year it must be documented by a Veterinarian, or in the case of HCM, by an expert in the field of feline cardiology. The Buyer is obligated to advise Seller first, and then upon agreement with Seller, spay/neuter this individual. Upon receipt this documentation, Seller will replace this cat/kitten with another of the same or greater value. Buyer understands that at no time, for any reason will there be a monetary refund of any of the purchase price. All veterinary fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
3) This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not allowed to roam freely outside.
4) The cat/kitten cannot be returned after the guarantee period has expired. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinary care to any cat/kitten showing signs of illness or distress.
Failure to do so will render any guarantee null and void. Except the spay/neuter is in force no matter what the condition or problem. By signing this contract, the Buyer is also signing permission for their veterinarian to disclose any and all veterinary information pertaining to this said cat/kitten and any and all information on cats/kittens living with said cat/kitten. The Seller can ask which clinic and fax them a copy of this agreement to gain access, if need be. All veterinary fees are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

Seller will provide pedigree 90 days post purchase date on breeders and cats/kittens sold as PETS
90 days post spay/neuter with proof from a licensed veterinarian. Failure to provide proof of spay/neuter will result in forfeiture of registration papers.
Seller has given this kitten three vaccinations, a rabies vaccine and has been micro chipped prior to release, as well as preventative worming.
If this cat or kitten is ever found to be neglected or mistreated in the eyes of Seller, Buyer will surrender said cat or kitten to seller, unconditionally at Buyers expense.
No Bengal purchased from Seller is to be housed outside without proper shelter from hot, cold or stormy weather and in less than an adequate space of at least 7ft wide x 7ft long x 7ft high with no more that one other cat.
Under no circumstances will this cat be sold, leased or given away to any pet shop research laboratory or similar facility. This cat/kitten can-not be co-owned, sold, resold, or traded. This cat/kitten is never to have contact with BLANK of Bengals or anyone affiliated with
BLANK or BLANK Bengals. Should said cat/kitten to be exposed to BLANL of BLANK Bengals this sales contract will be null and void and IMMEDIATE surrender of kitten is expected and will be seized by law enforced and returned to Seller.
Buyer agrees to never have this kitten/cat vaccinated for FIP. It has been proven to sometimes predispose a kitten/cat to this disease once the vaccine has been given.
Buyer agrees to never have this kitten/cat de-clawed.

7) If the Buyer is unable to receive the kitten within 2 weekends from the "Available Date", the buyer agrees to pay $10.00 per day for room and board to the seller until such time the buyer is able to receive the kitten, and only upon previous arrangement/agreement with seller. If for health reasons the seller determines that it is in the best interest of the kitten to keep him/her past the "Available
Date", the seller agrees to keep the kitten without any additional room and board fees charged to the buyer until such time the kitten is ready to go to his/her new home. Once the kitten is released to go to his/her new home, the buyer has 2 weekends to retrieve the kitten.
8) Buyer understands the purchase price of the kitten does not include shipping. Buyer accepts full responsibility and cost for picking up or shipping the kitten. The details of delivery shall be agreed upon outside of this contract.
9) If Buyer at any given time decides to retire/sell this cat/kitten AmazonBengals will be given first opportunity to obtain the said cat/kitten back.
Advertising Rights:
Seller reserves the right to use photos of cat/kitten sold to buyer in any/all advertising, including website advertising, in the promotion of Seller. Buyer agrees to allow Seller the right to use cat/kitten’s photographs or name in future or existing advertising. Buyer agrees to identify this cat/kitten by their full registered name on websites and/or advertising at all times.
Venue:
1) If any legal action is commenced by Buyer or Seller as a result of this contract, buyer agrees that the place of venue for such action shall be in The State Of TEXAS, Williamson County. This contract is legally binding to all parties involved. It applies only to the buyer and seller named herein and is not transferable to other parties.
2) If this contract is breached in any way, buyer will pay to the seller, a fee of $2000 for each and every occurrence, over and above the purchase price. Once this contract is breeched, the buyer must surrender this cat/kitten back to the seller without r efund and at the buyer’s expense.
