5. BEST ELEARNING MODULE DESIGN
Please submit your award entry using this form by midnight on Wednesday 30th September 2015 by
emailing it to Genevieve Allan: gallan@charitylearning.org. If you are entering more than one award, please
ensure you submit the correct form for each category. All forms can be downloaded at
www.charitylearning.org/awards.
You will receive confirmation of your entry from us within two working days. If you do not receive confirmation
of your entry within this timeframe please contact us on 08451 707 702.
Supporting documents will be accepted and can be attached in your email along with your entry. Please
reference any attachments in the space provided at the bottom of this form.
Please ensure you provide all information on this form as you would like it to appear on an award or
certificate etc.

Award Submission

We are looking for entrants to provide an example of the module they are putting forward for this award.
You can submit as many modules as you like but you must complete an entry form to support each
submission.
The modules will be judged on their creativity, interactivity, treatment of the topic, instructional design
technique and design. You do not need to provide the whole module (submissions should be between 5
and 30 slides) so feel free to select the most creative sections. Space has been provided below for you to
explain what sections you have submitted and why. Please check the award submission criteria below.
This document should be used to support your submission. We have asked that you provide a short
overview of the eLearning module and answer a number of questions relating to its development.

Submission Criteria




5-30 screens
SCORM 1.2
Must have been created for the business (not a demo)
Must have been created internally by a member of staff or volunteer
Submission Process
Send a SCORM 1.2 package and your submission form to gallan@charitylearning.org. Your project will be
uploaded to an online review site and a link with be sent to the judges for them to complete their review.
Deadlines & Further Information
Entries must be received by the Charity Learning Consortium by midnight on Wednesday 30th
September 2015.
The shortlist will be announced on Wednesday 21st October 2015.
Winners will be announced at the CLC Conference being held at the Grange City Hotel, London on
Thursday 19th November 2015. All CLC Members are invited to attend this complimentary event. Please
reserve your place at http://www.charitylearning.org.
Winners in each category will get a branded award and certificate.
Please note that the Charity Learning Consortium reserve the right use your submission to publicise
stories of eLearning success – please let us know if there is any information within the submission that
should be kept confidential. Please ensure you provide all information on this form as you would like it to
appear in any materials.
