Teacher 1 passes out five $ 1 bills to each student. Teacher 2 passes out one $ 5 bill to each student Give enlarged money bills to Jason and Brandon. Both teachers will facilitate their own groups so students have more time to share. Students will share the items that they selected from the catalog with their peers and say the total purchase price. Prizes can be given to the student who is closest to $10 without going over and the student who saved the most money. Both teachers walk around and help entire class to complete order form. Make sure their purchase should not exceed $ 10. Divide students in 2 groups. Both teachers will facilitate their own groups so students have more time to share. Students will share the items that they selected from the catalog with their peers and say the total purchase price.
