Must be the son/daughter or legal dependent of current active or retired members
of Local 833 UAW
Thomas H. Lutsey-Waseda Farms Scholarship
Must be enrolling as a full time student next year at an accredited 4 year college
or a 2 year program/technical school and then transferring to a 4 year program as
a full time student
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
Must be planning a career with an agricultural focus, such as dairy science,
animal science, agricultural engineering, veterinary medicine, agricultural
economics, biotechnology, environmental science, agri-business administration or
education

majoring in horticulture or a related field such as environmental science, garden,

Must be a graduating senior who can prove financial need and be pursuing a
degree in information technology
