* Increased client caseload 500% from 3-4 births per month to 24 births/month
* Maintained a program Cesarean Section rate of 6%; Premature birth rate of 5%; a
Low Birth weight rate of 8%; an episiotomy rate of 10%. Delivered over 400
babies personally, over 900 through the clinic
