Engineering Documentation, coordinated with 350 Suppliers and transitioned the entire supply
chain of $230m/year
 Led and motivated a Multilink team to ramp from $70K/wk to $1.2M/wk in 3 months. $42 million
revenue that was 32% of annual revenue and 600% above initial capability expectations.
 Forged a team from a worn-down, disheartened group into generating $36 million revenue in 9
months (from $12M). Transformed the team to increase real-time problem solving by 70%.
 Introduced five (12Gbps) component products to sub-contract manufacturer, producing $2.8
million revenue in a contracting market. Avoided $800K new supplier selection and startup costs
by effectively optimizing the incumbent supplier.
 Pioneered a computerized customer material return process, reducing processing time by 36% and
providing customers with live feedback.
 Developed a self-managed production process, resulting in 100% on-time deliveries compared to
6% previously using lean manufacturing.
 Introduced system-level products to be produced internationally (UK, USA, France) resulting in a
22% savings in time-to-market.
 Gained trust and loyalty of a disorganized group by personally working the line, causing the team
to meet an unbelievable 6-month ramp of 770%. (from 26 units/wk to 200 units/wk)
 Guided a poor performing supplier, transforming their operation and enabling Schlumberger to
increase shipments from $60 to $240 million of product.
