1. Upload a valid WADL
2. Go to the WADL list
3. Click on the uploded WADL link
4. Go to the standard view
5. Click on "Edit as text" link
6. Select Rich text editor check box
7. Check the content

This is a yahoo rich text editor issue as described in https://wso2.org/jira/browse/CARBON6968. Since WSDL editor also have disabled rich text, same could be done to WADL too.
Applying attached patch to disable the radio button will work.
