SNOW/ICE REMOVAL
CHECK LIST
o At the first indication of inclement weather check the weather station on

weather on Channels 18, 27 or 36.
This should give you a good
indicator of what is in the forecast and you can plan accordingly.

o Custodians should check their salt spreader to see if it is clean and
functioning properly.
o The amount of sidewalks on the property and the number of entrances to
the building should be an indicator for the number of staff that needs to
