Learning Goal We are learning how to research properly on a topic we are passionate about,
organize our ideas about the topic, reflect on our progress and strategies, and communicate our
learning to our peers.
Curriculum Expectations We are learning how to gather information to support ideas for
writing, using a variety of strategies and a wide range of print and electronic resources.
(Writing 1.3) We are identifying a variety of strategies we used before, during, and after
writing, (4.1)reading(4.1) , presenting (3.3)and can explain which ones we found most helpful
and suggest future steps we can take to improve as writers, presenters and readers.
Genius Hour- Success Criteria
We are learning how to research properly on a topic we are passionate about, organize
