Curriculum Expectations We are learning how to gather information to support ideas for writing, using a variety of strategies and a wide range of print and electronic resources. (Writing 1.3) We are identifying a variety of strategies we used before, during, and after writing, (4.1)reading(4.1) , presenting (3.3)and can explain which ones we found most helpful and suggest future steps we can take to improve as writers, presenters and readers. Genius Hour- Success Criteria We are learning how to research properly on a topic we are passionate about, organize our ideas about the topic, reflect on our progress and strategies, and communicate our learning to our peers. Criteria My product and/or display board look authentic and I can explain how it suits the intended audience. My product is innovative and is something my target market would purchase. I have considered how other groups, besides my target market, might respond differently to my product. My pitch follows the guide lines by using the graphic organizer provided.
