FEES
The 2012 vendor fee is $275.00 for the season, $ 150.00 for a half season or $25.00 per day. All fees
must be paid by May 1, 2012 except the daily vendor fee, which must be paid 2 days in advance of the
market day you will be selling your product. This fee includes a 10’ x 10’ space, garbage and restroom
facilities. Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, canopies, tents, etc. Vendors that require the
use of electricity must pay an additional $25.00

Daily vendors, please note: You will be billed if you commit to a Saturday and do not show up at the market.
The $25 per day fee applies regardless of how many market days you attend, i.e. the fees do not cap out if your
annual total exceeds the partial or entire season fees.

Environmental Health & Food Safety Division at 612.673.3693 and submit a Market Vendor Plan Review before completing the
Farmers Licensing Exemption Form.

Sample form attached. You are required to carry General Liability Insurance with a coverage limite o f$1,000,000 that includes
products and complete operations coverage. Each vendor is required to suppy a Certificate of Liability (see sample insurance
form) naming Northeast Minneapolis Farmers Market as additional insured. Liability insurance can be purchased through the
