customers and you.
Dick Gaither is the president of Job Search Training Systems, Inc. and one of the original founders of JIST Works.
Over the past 20 years he has earned the title Wizard of Work. Dick is a nationally recognized employment
professional, best selling author and award winning trainer. He has worked with job seekers, career changers, career
development and employment professionals and employers. He has helped develop some of the country’s most
successful job search programs and training materials. Dick is a former board member of the National Association
of Job search Trainers, and recipient of their award for outstanding service. He is a CASPER award winner,
Veteran’s Service Award winner from the Ohio Dept. of Labor and currently serves as a workforce investment
board member.
Dick has worked with every type of job seeking population and staff that help them including: welfare, offenders,
rehabilitation, dislocated workers, students, veterans and more. Among his more interesting and varied occupations
are Harley Davidson builder, elementary school teacher, life-skills trainer, Vietnam veteran, undersea cable
installer, electronics technician, housing subcontractor, director of training and now, president of Job Search
Training systems.
