Discover the spectacular Blue Mountains and see native wildlife whilst you explore World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains
National Park. This rugged and beautiful region forms part of the Great Dividing Range, linking tropical north to temperate
south, while dividing coastal cities from the vast Outback. Pass by Homebush Bay, site of the 2000 Olympics. Enjoy a stop
at Echo Point and see the famous Three Sisters rock formation and have an opportunity to visit the Waradah Aboriginal
Centre and hear the ancient Aboriginal legends of this impressive rock formation. Arrive at Scenic World and join the
optional Blue Mountain rides - Scenic Railway, Cableway or Skyway (own expense). These rides are a great way to see the
steep valleys, canyons and Three Sisters rock formation. Discover Leura village where you will have free time for lunch or
the chance to wander the streets. Next we enjoy an afternoon encounter at Featherdale Park and have your photo taken
with a cuddly koala, see kangaroos, wombats, dingoes and cute little fairy penguins. Our last stop will be at Homebush
Bay, the venue of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. Here, you have the opportunity to catch your rivercruise vessel back
to Sydney and enjoy a relaxing cruise along the Parramatta River (own expense). If you do not wish to join the ferry, the
coach will arrive in Sydney at approximately 5.45pm. Hotel drop offs to most city hotels are available; your Coach Captain

Day 2: Alice Springs – Uluru (Ayers Rock) – Kata Tjuta (Olgas)
Travel through the West MacDonnell and James Ranges. Stop at a camel farm for an optional camel ride (own expense)
and later stop to view majestic Atila (Mt. Conner), before arriving at Ayers Rock Resort (English speaking Driver/Guide).
This afternoon, travel with your Italian Speaking Guide to the 36 mystical domes of Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Along the way
enjoy the panorama of the southern side of Kata Tjuta then continue to the base of Walpa Gorge. Spend some time
exploring the gorge and the unusual conglomerate rock formations. Later we travel to the Uluru sunset viewing area.
Witness and photograph the striking colour changes of Uluru at sunset while enjoying canapés and a complimentary glass
of sparkling wine.

Day 3: Uluru (Ayers Rock)
Travel to the sunrise viewing area at Uluru. Enjoy a freshly brewed Italian espresso coffee as the morning sun slowly
changes the colour of Uluru. For those who wish there is the opportunity to climb Uluru (weather permitting) or join your
Italian Speaking Guide for the Mutitjulu Walk and learn about out the natural features of the landscape, Aboriginal
paintings and traditional stories relating to this special place. Following the walk there is the opportunity to visit the Uluru
– Kata Tjuta Cultural Centre where you can learn about the local culture and view examples of local arts and crafts. You
will be rewarded with an AAT Kings Souvenir Certificate before transferring to Ayers Rock Airport.

Day 1: Kata Tjuta
Flights should be booked to arrive at Ayers Rock Airport prior to 1300.
With your Italian Speaking Guide travel to the 36 mystical domes of Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). Along the way enjoy the

Day 2: Kings Canyon
Travel from Ayers Rock Resort to Kings Canyon with your Italian Guide, stopping for breakfast at Kings Creek Station
(included) along the way. Make the rocky climb to the rim of the canyon for marvellous views of Watarrka National Park.
Follow the rim of the canyon stopping to look down into the canyon gorge at look-out points. Time permitting, you may
choose to descend into the green oasis of the 'Garden of Eden'. The circuit walk takes approximately 3 hours to complete
and is rocky and steep in parts. It is recommended for those with a good level of fitness. Alternatively, you may wish to
take an easier, shorter walk to explore the boulder strewn canyon floor. After lunch (own expense), return to Ayers Rock
Resort
