Configure, setup, install and service systems for professional firms to track copies, faxes,
telephone calls and other office disbursements. Software is installed on Windows 2000
servers which are connected via WAN to remote offices and interface with practice and
financial management and accounting systems. As sole representative of Equitrac
Corporation in Pittsburgh, I am responsible for maintaining the office including inventory
and providing customer support.
Recognized as Equitrac Employee of the Month, February 1999 for the successful
installation of the Equitrac cost recovery system in the home office of one of the nation's
largest law firms. Received mentions in weekly company newsletter for outstanding
service from client feedback. Received March 2006 “Living the Core Values” award.

Provide part-time assistance to this environmental engineering firm in all facets of
computerization. Set-up and maintain client’s Novell 100 station network and Windows
NT server and network. Principal responsibilities include selection and installation of
workstation hardware and software as well as installation and maintenance of server
installed software.

Responsible for laboratory operations for $3M in annual sales and staff of 15. Supervised
the technical application and quality of testing procedures by laboratory personnel
according to state and federal regulations. Maintained laboratory certification programs
as well as PC-based laboratory information tracking and reporting system. Management
activities included budgeting, employee hiring/firing, project scheduling/monitoring and
capital acquisition. Reason for leaving: laboratory closure.
