FAI:a) INDIVIDUAL ACTIVITY: Find the distance of all the planets
from the Sun by using internet. Write this distance in standard form.
b) GROUP ACTIVITY:
i) Multiplication and Division of exponents by representing numbers
by different colours and shapes.
ii) Correlation of Mathematics with other subjects using charts.
iii) To strengthen the concept of operations on integers through play
cards.
iv) Make triangular prism and square pyramid with the help of
thermocol.
v) Take some circles of different radii. Trace these circles on a
graph paper and find the area by counting the squares. Also, find the
radius of each circle.

i)To create a design on a squared and circular paper using six
different colours. Design must be 40% blue, 20% red,10% yellow,5%
white and 15% green.

iii) In your locality select eight families and find the total number

iv) Make some symmetrical paper-cut designs.
v) List some names of banks and find the rate of interest in
different banks then find the simple interest with different principles
and time.
