IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: This is the preliminary jury schedule. You can find your name quickly
by using Control/F (Find) and type in either your first name or surname (not both). Changes may take
place on a daily basis as students report their jury conflicts (exams, accompanist's schedule, etc.) so please
check regularly, in case your jury time has been moved.
Colour coding:
Yellow: this jury must not be moved.
Green: jury time has been changed since the schedule was first posted
IMPORTANT! You will have two weeks to report any scheduling conflicts with your jury involving
either yourself or your accompanist. During this two week period following the posting of the Jury
Schedule, the Performance Office staff will resolve any reported conflicts. Note the day and time of your
jury, then check your exam schedule, and if your jury conflicts with an exam, or your accompanist is
scheduled for two juries that occur at the same time, please report this immediately to Holly Bonin,
hbonin@uwo.ca, in TC232. As this is an examination, your jury will only be rescheduled for these two
reasons. Any other reason will require special permission from the Chair of the Music Performance Studies
Department.
Students: it is your responsibility to inform your accompanist IMMEDIATELY of the date and time of
your jury, then one of you (consult with your accompanist and decide which of you will do this) must
inform the Music Performance Studies Office within the designated two-week time period if the
accompanist has a conflict with the jury time. The accompanist might prefer to do the reporting if he or she
has several conflicts to report at once.
ALL CONFLICTS TO BE SOLVED BY THE PERFORMANCE OFFICE MUST BE REPORTED
NO LATER THAN FRIDAY,
NOVEMBER 7.
Once this deadline has passed, the only way that a student can change their jury time due to an exam
or accompanist conflict is to find another student to switch with, making sure that neither of you end
up on a jury being marked by your teacher.
If you have to switch jury times with another student, you must report the switch to the Performance
Office no later than FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21.
No further switches or changes will be permitted after November 21. Make sure your accompanist is
aware of this!
Don't forget to hand in your Jury Repertoire Form to your teacher by November 14. These are available
from your teacher. If any student's Jury Repertoire Form is found to be missing when Jury Week begins,
that student will be assigned an "Incomplete" for their final applied music mark until the form, signed by
the studio teacher, has been submitted to the Music Performance Studies Office.
