Installation / Removal Schedule
Installation: August 30 (Sun) after15:00
Removal: September 1 (Tue) after16:00
Courier: You can receive your package in the Act City office (in the first basement). Only cash on delivery is
available.
The carry-in entrance and a large elevator are available; door size is approximately 160 cm width, double swing door.

May 31(Sun), 2015 (Please note that applications will be closed when all space is allocated even before the deadline.)

Japanese)

If you have applied for the exhibition, you will be able to place an advertisement on the abstract for free.
When you book the following position, an additional fee will be charged.

Two types of advertisement copy should be submitted as follows.
1. Black/White advertisement for printed proceedings
